“At the end of today’s work in Minsk Leonid Kuchma thanked colleagues in the Trilateral contact group for the collaboration. Thus summed up the result of his work representative of Ukraine in the Tripartite contact group”, — she wrote on the Facebook page on Tuesday.
Kuchma also expressed special gratitude to the Belarusian side for the assistance in the organization of the negotiation process.
In turn, the OSCE special representative Martin Sajdik on behalf of the Trilateral contact group thanked Kuchma for his contribution to the Minsk process, “his wisdom and devotion to the state – Ukraine”, which Leonid Kuchma took place in Minsk.
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko had appointed Kuchma representative of Ukraine in the pipeline in February 2015.

As for the so-called “early elections” in ORDO, they violate the obligations of the Russian Federation as parties to the Minsk agreements.
“If they are held, their results will not create any legal consequences and will not be recognized neither Ukraine nor the world community. The will in the Donbass can take place only under the Minsk agreements by the Ukrainian legislation, with the participation of Ukrainian political parties and the media, in compliance with the OSCE standards, in monitoring the ODIHR international observers. Ukraine remains committed to peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbass based on the Minsk agreements”, — stated in the message D. olifer.
